Also during this time she had the distinction of being the first client to earn the certification from Huthwaite International to certify trainers in the SPIN® selling method. She also actively participated in the management development program at Amgen in both the creation and execution of various management development programs.
8 years in various marketing roles, most recently she has spent 7 years as an International Brand Director in Zug, Switzerland with a focus on cross-functional team development and execution, overseeing over 30 countries and responsible for a multi-million dollar budget.
It is this experience in the three core functions that enables Pamela to take a holistic approach to learning, problem solving and coaching. In over 20 years of this diverse experience lies a common thread that has been at the center of her success: the ability to motivate individuals and teams to perform.

“Pamela brings in experience across a wide range of situational perspectives that she has successfully navigated during her time in industry. Her previous commercial success came from the ability to develop and implement actionable strategies, but perhaps the most important talent that Pamela brings to the table is her passion and unique ability to inspire those whom she coaches by helping them to find their true gifts and use them to their greatest advantage to find their own success.Pamela has a great ability to bring teams together to align on goals and is highly engaging, motivating, and inspiring in front of groups when training and running workshops. Her customer focus, willingness to listen and inclusive style, has helped me and my team focus on customer insights and unlock our lead asset’s unique value proposition.
In addition, her all-encompassing approach and the ability to help teams to connect the dots allowed us to more clearly identify opportunities and challenges and embrace a non-conventional approach to tackle them, which translated in creative, actionable recommendations and an increased level of confidence throughout the team.”
