Having had success working at senior executive level within managing national teams, Lynn began coaching eleven years ago and is committed to assisting businesses globally to grow their biggest business asset – their people. This will enable the success of their business today and tomorrow as they develop future leaders.

During 2013 Lynn ran four consecutive four hour workshops around values, building trust, managing change and must importantly, building resilience, for the administration team’s two day conference for 350 people. Lynn has also run four workshops with the people leaders, building on outcomes of the two day conference. She is also one on one coaching nursing staff around managing conflict and is to be the keynote speaker at the Nurses Association conference in 2014.
