Depuis elle accompagne des hommes et des femmes (cadres supérieurs, dirigeants…), dans leur vie et leur évolution professionnelles.

Elle travaille en individuel sur le marketing de soi (discours, comportement…), les outils de communication et l’assertivité.

Elle travaille avec des groupes sur l’esprit d’équipe, les relations interpersonnelles, et l’orientation de la motivation au service des objectifs.

Alumni de l’Institut Supérieur de Gestion. Catherine a animé plusieurs ateliers, dont l’objectif est d’aider les anciens en recherche d’emploi, qui n’ont pas les moyens de s’offrir un coach personnel.

Française d’origine, Catherine vit à Paris mais a grandi dans Sud-Ouest, où la gastronomie fait partie de l’éducation.
Elle a une grande ouverture au monde et à la richesse de ses habitants, notamment après avoir vécu et travaillé 2 ans aux Etats-Unis dans un environnement international.
Catherine aime rire, partager et échanger avec ses amis, son mari et leurs trois enfants de 14, 12 et 9 ans.
Elle aime la course à pied, le vélo et la Zumba, écouter de la musique, la décoration.

Catherine is French, she lives in Paris but spent her young years in the South-West of France, where gastronomy is an element of education.
